Don't use AI images for your song or album covers. Why? Because it gives me the impression that the songs might be AI slop, and would make me less likely to listen to the song. And not to mention, it's lazy.

I agree. Covers should be made by the author, or be commissioned by others. But because how cheap people can be, they'd rather use a prompt for an algorithm to draw for them instead of doing it themselves.
